If you would like to cancel your registration, please e-mail to the administration at (tioscontact@gmail.com ) before February 6, 2026. Otherwise, no refund will be granted.
The refund regulations are as follows:
1.For cancellation before January 16, 2026, 70% of registration fee paid will be refunded.
2.For cancellation before January 30, 2026, 50% of registration fee paid will be refunded.
3.No refund will be granted for cancellations on or February 6, 2026.
