Award-Winning Orchids Showcase

Covering an area of more than 20 square meters, this dedicated exhibition zone is equipped with exclusive display pedestals and gentle spotlights. A circular routing design leads visitors to walk around and admire the orchids from every angle. Visitors can enjoy a 360-degree, close-up view of the champions from each category as well as the Grand Champion. With specially arranged photo highlights, the space creates a premium viewing experience reminiscent of a grand awards ceremony. 

 

Grand Champion

This historic Vanda classic cultivar V. Kulwadee Fragrance rose above the competition at the 2026 Taiwan International Orchid Show and Floral Technology Exhibition, earning the highest distinction—Grand Champion of the Show.

This plant displays a breathtaking, layered inflorescence that unfolds with regal authority. The flowers are a deep, velvety wine-red, enriched by a lustrous texture and delicate spotting that creates striking visual depth. With full, balanced proportions, the blooms command attention through their poise and grandeur. ts vigorous, upright foliage and powerful root system reflect years of expert care and peak maturity.

The plant’s structure is a masterclass in balance, merging massive presence with refined detail. Recognized for its stability, uniformity, and world-class ornamental quality, this specimen stands as an industry icon and is the unanimous choice for Grand Champion.

A Group Champion

This vigorous Cattleya hybrid features a robust, well-proportioned form, showcasing a single, sturdy spike bearing four large, pristine white blooms. Each flower boasts a thick, luminous texture and a naturally symmetrical carriage. The lip, delicately edged in lavender with a vibrant red base, creates a sophisticated color contrast that is both striking and elegant.

The floral structure is impeccably balanced, showcasing the stability and precision of long-term selective breeding. Combining monumental presence with refined detail, this specimen perfectly bridges competitive standards and commercial appeal.

The judging unanimously recognized its exceptional vigor and floral refinement, awarding it the Group A Championship and the prestigious Gold Medal.

B Group Champion

This outstanding multi-floral Paphiopedilum is a refined white-and-green selection derived from the renowned Paph. Mount Toro. Through generations of careful breeding, it has successfully stabilized its signature white base with emerald-green striping, representing a pinnacle of its lineage.

The blooms feature a broad, rounded dorsal sepal and substantial lateral petals, creating a powerful yet balanced silhouette. The striking "white-on-green" contrast is defined by clean, symmetrical lines that add exceptional depth. With naturally spaced, uniform flowers, the inflorescence displays a perfect sense of rhythm and architectural grace.

Highly praised for its exceptional color stability, genetic purity, and uniform flowering, this specimen was unanimously awarded the Group B (Paphiopedilum) Championship.

C Group Champion

This award-winning medium-sized Phalaenopsis features 8 cm blooms in a vibrant yellow-green hue, evoking the freshness of spring light by CLONE International Biotech Co., Ltd. Its lineage combines the emerald tones of the paternal Phalaenopsis Heliodor with the classic form of the maternal Phalaenopsis aphrodite, achieving a rare clarity of color and a perfectly rounded shape.

 

The plant displays exceptional vigor, with ten flower spikes—including side branches—bearing nearly one hundred blooms in a spectacular, orderly cascade. Each flower is uniform in size and texture, showcasing the high level of stability and consistency required for elite large-scale production.

 

The judging praised this specimen for its remarkable flowering uniformity, color purity, and overwhelming visual impact, unanimously awarding it the Group C Championship.

D Group Champion

This superior specimen Rhynchostylis gigantea features pure, snow-white blooms that offer a luminous and translucent quality under exhibition lighting. The densely packed, cascading inflorescences flow naturally like a white waterfall, demonstrating the rhythmic beauty and grand extension of the species. Each individual flower is perfectly spaced and symmetrical, with substantial texture and a clearly defined lip.

The plant is robust and well-balanced, characterized by thick, broad leaves and a stable, upright form. The harmonious proportion between the foliage and the flower spikes creates a full yet spacious composition. This plant reflects the peak stability of the variety and the expert skill involved in its cultivation.

The judging raised the exceptional flowering uniformity, color purity, and powerful visual impact of this specimen, unanimously awarding it the Group D Championship at the Taiwan International Orchid Show and Floral Technology Exhibition.
