If you plan to import plant species for the 2025 APOC & TIOS that is not currently listed in Taiwan's approved import database:
- Complete the required risk assessment questionnaire: Download Questionnaire
- Submit to the tioscontact@gmail.com. The organizing committee will forward the questionnaire to APHIA for biological risk evaluation.
- Be aware that:
- This process requires significant processing time
- Import approval cannot be guaranteed prior to the event date
Plant Inventory List Submission Deadline
Please email the list to tioscontact@gmail.com before December 31st, 2024
While this additional plant list helps expedite the customs process, it does not replace any required import documentation. We strongly recommend submitting your inventory list well ahead of the deadline.
