Notes:

Meeting area booths:

1.Dates: March 5 to March 7, 2021

2.Size: 3m x 3m

3.Provided furnishings: Partitions, PVC graphics, carpet, one round table, four chairs, one electric outlet, two lamps, showcase

4.Fees: Rental fee NTD20,000/booth, security deposit NTD10,000/booth

5.Security deposit: If there is any damage to the venue or booth, the amount of compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. Otherwise, the security deposit will be refunded in cash or by check on the last day of the exhibition.

6.No refunds are available for booth fees.

7.No retail sales are allowed in this area.

8.Estimated number of booths is 40. Booth rentals are subject to availability.

 

Exhibition and sales booths (orchids, materials):

1.Dates: March 5 to March 15, 2021

2.Size: 4m x 3m

3.Provided furnishings: Partitions, PVC graphics, carpet, one long table, two chairs, one electric outlet, three lamps.

4.Fees: Rental fee NTD35,000/booth, security deposit NTD10,000/booth

5.Security deposit: If there is any damage to the venue or booth, the amount of compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. Otherwise, the security deposit will be refunded in cash or by check on the last day of the exhibition.

6.No refunds are available for booth fees.

7.Estimated number of booths is 100. Booth rentals are subject to availability.

8.Each vendor may rent a maximum of 3 booths. This restriction does not apply to those with priority status.

 

Succulents and ferns:

1.Dates: March 5 to March 15, 2021

2.Size: 2m x 3m

3.Provided furnishings: Partitions, PVC graphics, carpet, one long table, two chairs, one electric outlet, three lamps.

4.Fees: Rental fee NTD35,000/booth, security deposit NTD10,000/booth.

5.Security deposit: If there is any damage to the venue or booth, the amount of compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. Otherwise, the security deposit will be refunded in cash or by check on the last day of the exhibition.

6.No refunds are available for booth fees.

7.Estimated number of booths is 10. Booth rentals are subject to availability.

 

Booth selection priority system:

Selection of booth locations is based on a priority system. Those with the highest priority status select booth locations first, followed by drawing of lots by vendors with the highest number of booths and that have completed payment first, and so on.

ID badges:

For 1 booth rental, 3 ID badges are provided. For 2 booth rentals, 5 ID badges are provided. For 3 booth rentals, 7 ID badges are provided. Additional badges may be purchased for NTD500 each.
