Important Information
The Registration System is open now. If you want to participate in conferences, exhibitions, sales booths, judging, and dinner activities, please select "Create Account”. After you set up your account, please check your email for your Confirmation Letter.
Notice!
- If you would like to participate as a judge, please check the “Judge Application Form” when creating your Account. Applying does not mean that you will be a Judge. After receiving your completed form, we will contact you by December 31,2024. If you do not receive a reply by then, please contact us ASAP.
- Registration is only valid upon the host having received the full payment.

Note for Registration
- Student registration is available to those who can submit proofs of their student status, e.g. copy of a valid student ID card.
- Group registration pricing is available for groups of 15 or more registrants.
- Registration is only valid after the host has received full payment.
- The 2025 APOC and TIOS registration system will close on January 10, 2025. If you cannot finalize your registration before this deadline, please register on-site.
- Exhibitors who intend to participate in the 2025 APOC and TIOS exhibition must complete their registration as Regular Registrants.
- The deadline for exhibitors to pay the booth fee is October 31, 2024, after which booth registration will close.
- To register as a Landscape Planner, you must complete Regular Registration.
- If an abstract is accepted for oral or poster presentation, the presenter's registration fee will be waived. For group submissions, only one registration fee will be waived per accepted abstract, regardless of the number of co-authors.
