1.When purchasing tickets at the venue, please check that the ticket type and date are correct before leaving the counter. In addition, make sure that you have received the correct change. If there is an error, immediately inform the ticket agent. Once you have left the ticket counter, no changes will be allowed.
2.All relevant taxes are included in the ticket price and the ticket itself is a formal receipt. Therefore, no uniform invoices are provided. However, proof of purchase can be requested by individuals or groups.
3.A ticket that has been used or damaged is considered invalid.
4.When entering the exhibition, it is necessary to comply with ticket inspection procedures and to provide proper identification upon request. If the ticketholder’s identification does not match the ticket type, the ticketholder will be asked to pay the difference.
5.The implementing organization reserves the right to alter, temporarily close or terminate this event in the case of force majeure. Any such changes will be announced on the event’s official Website.
6.Entertainment tax is included in the price of the ticket, as specified in Tainan City Government’s finance and taxation regulation no. 1102500352.

Refund methods
1.Those who purchased their ticket at the venue may apply for a full refund at the ticket refund area.
2.Tickets purchased online: For electronic tickets purchased online, as long as the QR Code has not been scanned, refunds can be applied for before the end of the exhibition on March 15, 2021.
3.Tickets purchased through other channels: Unused tickets must be refunded through the channel from which they were purchased. At FamilyMart stores, refunds are processed manually.
Refund deadline: Deadline for unconditional refunds for unused electronic tickets is before the end of the exhibition on March 15, 2021.
